MakeMyTrip India — Refund for flight cancellation - Amount not credited in wallet

My Flight booking ID NF[protected] was cancelled by the Airline on 26/3/2021 and I have received a message from Make my trip the refund has been processed on 28/3/2021 and the refund of Rs 2345/- has been transferred to wallet . But I could not find this amount in the MMT wallet.

Since then I was trying to reach out MMT customer care but I was redirected to IVR and there was no proper solution provided. I have tried their customer care number for last1 week at least 25 times but could get a resolution as the system doesn't allow to speak to their agent.

The total amount paid by me was Rs 3258/- However the Airline has deducted Rs 913/- as cancellation charge. I don't understand how can the Airline charge penalty when they have cancelled the ticket

I need a faster resolution and MMT customer care should call me to listen to my concern
