I have been following up with Make my trip customer service team for my refund of Rs 3652/- which was supposed to get reflected in my wallet account, however the same has not reflected since last 1 month.
As per Make my trip i have their Premium customer under MMT black membership. cant understand what is taking so long for a company to process refund.

NO there has been no response from make my trip, i could not understand how this has been marked as resolved??? i need to know what make my trip is upto and why i am not getting my refund back. i can be contacted at 9560297120.

Updated by hiteshchhabra79 Hi, i am yet to get a revert from Make my trip. i have also written to their senior management but not getting any response.
