[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — Refund Issued but not processed

I have booked hotel tickets from makemytrip thinking I would be arriving at late night at that place and rooms might be occupied but I had to cancel trip due to an accident I cancelled the tickets after 6 hours of booking and they claimed they will refund 24 hours before check in time and it was clearly within terms, So I applied for refund at it instantly cancelled and showed refund has been initiated.PayTm Upi ending with *************@paytm
It usually takes within 2 working days for refund to reflect in PayTm account.Please use Refund Reference Number (RRN),[protected]** to track the refund status with the bank ₹2826.0 And the email I got from them claimed it will be done in 3 days, but little did I know after 5th day I began to worry since I am just in college I cannot afford to loose the hotel booking amount as I was responsible for others money too. I started contacting them first they said wait 5 days then they switch to 5-7 days now they are saying 7-10 and it's more than 10 days and I got no clue how to get my money back. I have contacted with support team they don't even read just copy and paste old reply and say keep waiting 7-10 days more after previous waiting time is over and keep waiting. I even checked with bank and they didn't found any refund processed from the ID I received. I'm really worried and never using makemytrip again it's fraudulent what they are doing with their customers and I got a very clear lawsuit I have sufficient proof.
