MakeMyTrip India — Refund Not Processed for Booking ID NU[protected] - Orange Travels via MakeMyTrip

I am writing to report an issue with my bus booking through MakeMyTrip on 24th November 2024, with Orange Travels for a journey from Gooty to Vijayawada. The bus broke down within 45 kilometers of departure, and no alternative arrangement was provided by Orange Travels.

I request the following:

Immediate processing of my refund.
