[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — Refund not received against failure of train ticket reservation

I was try to book my rail ticket from howrah to mumbai cst for four persons. During process of online booking, due to some technical error from your end it was not booked but at same time required amount (Rs.10, 866.29) is recovered from the account mentioned during booking process.
Till today i have not yet received refund amount against the failure of train ticket reservation (Booking id - nr[protected] for technical error from your end.
Please arrange to make the payment early.
