MakeMyTrip India — Refund not received - flight

I had cancelled my flight on 8th May and today is 12th June I haven't received the refund yet.
Airline had confirmed me that they have refunded back to MMT on 3rd of June however after multiple follow ups MMT agreed that they have received the amount from Airlines and will process my refund. However I haven't received the refund yet.
