MakeMyTrip India — Refund related to non working voucher

I bought a Dhow Cruise Creek Voucher from MMT.
It's an idiotic invalid voucher.
It has no address, the phone number on it leads to MMT old number and also none of your team has any idea on how to where to redeem it.
Please send me the refund ASAP.
Attached is the voucher I bought and didn't use at all.

Also I tried to reach my trip assistant Mrs Sapna Sharma, who has also no idea and gave me idiotic response.
