I am writing to raise a concern regarding a recent hotel booking issue
on your platform. When I initially booked Hotel Rang Mahal, Jaipur,
the system displayed that the booking was unsuccessful and mentioned
that the refund would be processed within 24 hours.

Based on that information, I made another hotel booking and am
currently staying at the second property. However, to my surprise, I
later received a notification stating that the previous booking at
Rang Mahal, Jaipur was also confirmed.

This situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience and financial
loss. It is unfair that due to a technical issue or system error on
MakeMyTrip’s end, I am being charged for a booking that I never used
or checked into.

I kindly request a full refund for the Rang Mahal booking at the
earliest. Please look into this matter urgently and confirm once the
refund has been initiated.
