I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my recent trip booking handled by one of your executives, Rohit (mobile number: [insert number]). I was asked to pay ₹46, 000 for a travel package, which I paid in full through Google Pay on 3rd and 4th November 2025.
After the payment, the executive kept demanding additional money and failed to provide any proper invoice, booking ID, or hotel details. Only after repeatedly asking over 10 times, I finally received an invoice — but when I checked the booking ID mentioned in it, no booking was found. This raises serious concerns that the invoice may be fake.
I was also provided with Air India flight tickets, and I request you to kindly verify whether those tickets are genuine or fake. The executive also told me that the flight amount is non-refundable, whereas I understand MakeMyTrip offers easy cancellation and refund options for flight bookings. It is important to note that I had downloaded the official MakeMyTrip app from the Google Play Store, and after logging in with my phone number, I received the call and messages from this person named Rohit, claiming to be from MakeMyTrip. This makes me believe my information might have been misused.
I request you to investigate this matter urgently, confirm whether this person is indeed an employee or associate of MakeMyTrip, and initiate a full refund of ₹46, 000 within 7 working days.
Kindly acknowledge this email and update me on the status of my refund and the verification of the flight tickets.
