I had booked 2 seats froms delhi NCR to khatushyam ji . pay using google pay. at time of boarding they cancell the bus trip due to their reasons only.

they told me over call different reason, we dont get money. some times they said your money will be come abcak after 15 days .

they never refunded my money or never respond over mail or call
