MakeMyTrip India — Regarding not giving zero cancellation even after taking the zero cancellation fee of 699 Rs.

I paid 4449 Rs. for the flight from Raipur to Indore. This price included 699 Rs. worth zero cancellation fee. It is written in the flight details page that in the case if cancellation is opted between Booking Date - 3 days to Departure; the cancellation charge would be zero rupees. But now when I am trying to cancel my booking, the make my trip page is showing that I am eligible for a refund of only 521 Rs. instead of a complete refund of approximately 3800 Rs. I want a complete refund of my money as promised by the website earlier (i.e. at the time of booking)
This is highly unprofessional and very deceitful of this website. If this problem is not solved I will never ever travel using this site in the future.
