1. I had booked tickets from your online portal for our journey having undermentioned details. Due to covid 19 pandemic and governmental restrictions imposed world - wide on international travel, our departure was affected and we were informed that our present tickets would be converted into credit vouchers for future use.

2. We have been keenly following information of government of india and also that of our destination countries, which is the uk first. As we understand the uk govt have still not opened immigration on tourist visa till 30th sept 2020 and similarly even indian govt has not removed restrictions on travel on tourist visa for international destinations originating from india till 30th sept 2020.
3. However, your website information displays that the credit vouchers has to be used for booking before 30th sept 2020 and new travel date starting before 31st aug 2021, not stating what needs to be done in our case. Such date is extremely arbitrarily dictated, not considering the present governmental travel restrictions on tourist visa, not only imposed by indian government but also internationally.
4. Besides, we have been trying to get in touch with your customer service dept. Through various ways toll free numbers and means and only to end up being informed to report through your web site and also to know about further details under trips section which on clicking leads to a blank page.
Till date the only information available to us is the that the credit vouchers has to be used for booking before 30th sept 2020 and new travel date starting before 31st aug 2021, which was posted on 25 aug 2020.
5. We have no means of getting any information on our credit voucher utilisation as booking of any further tickets doesn`t stand any fair chance until travel restriction on tourist visas are removed not only by indian government but also government of touring countries along with information of visa status.
6. We expect you understand our present status and inform us accordingly on the matter and provide flexible date for future booking on available credit voucher rather than such extremely arbitrarily dictated dates. Even the etihad airlines have asked us to contact your online office on this subject matter as the tickets were booked from your online website.
7. Please uderstand that our travel was for tourism purpose and cannot be dictated by your deadlines.
8. We will certainly travel but at a time when the situation stabilises and govts allow travels on tourist visa.
9. Request reconcile and revert timely addressing our concerns suitably. Awaiting your early response on the matter
