I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the recent cancellation of my flight, which was booked through your platform. The flight was cancelled not due to any fault or request from my side, but by the airline or your system directly.

After the cancellation, I noticed that the refund processed to me was not for the full amount paid which was INR 22, 637. A certain portion has been unfairly deducted which is INR 12, 094, despite the fact that the cancellation was not initiated by me.
As per standard aviation and consumer protection guidelines, involuntary cancellations must result in a full refund to the customer. Therefore, I request you to initiate the refund of the remaining amount at the earliest.
