MakeMyTrip India — request for to refund all the amount of booking id nf[protected]. | |||
Sir/madam, I am rajkumar rajeshorchandra singh, have booked flight from bangalore to imphal for my cousin and his friend on 25.05.2020 with booking id nf[protected]. There are two flight in this booking, one is from bangalore to kolkata in spicejets and the other is indigo flight from kolkata to imphal on[protected] and the pnr nos. Are b4vk9l (Spicejet) and slw1ht (Indigo). On 26th may, 2020 at around 6.13 pm, i got an e-mail and sms from spicejet that the flight has been cancelled due to non-operational. At that time, i called the makemytrip toll free number several times for more than two days, no one has pick up the call. And so i chat to there custumer support option on there website and informing that the flight was cancelled by the airline (Spicejet) so, i want all my money to be refund as fast as possible.. I called the customer care of spicejet to confirm the same and they confirmed me that the flight is cancelled. I dont know what to do during this pandemic lockdown situation. And one of my friend told me that there will be no cancellation charges during this pandemic lockdown for flight booking after hearing that i feel relaxed. Yesterday i, e, 1st june, 2020 at around 5.12 pm makemytrip agent name smita tripathi call me on my number that the number is +[protected] and told me that for the indigo flight, there is cancellation charges of rs. 7290/-, and the refund amount is rs. 4730/-. And for the spicejet, refund amount is under processed. I told the agent that if the flight is cancelled by airline from bangalore to kolkata, how can i be there in kolkata for the flight of kolkata to imphal. I called them, chat them several times about the flight, no one has response from their side before the flight has flyed. After the flight time has already passed now you call me to say that the cancellation charges is rs. 7290/- and the covenience fee also cannot be refunded. I told her that i cannot agree so help me to talk to your senior. She told me she would called me after consulting her senior and hanged up the called by herself. And then she email me that a credit of 4730.00 from indigo airlines has been generated to your bank account. Which would reflect in 15 to 20 days. So, i am requesting you to help me for refunding the same amount which i have been paid for the booking as fast as possible during this pandemic situation. Thanking you.
