One e-ticket for bus booking id nu[protected] from kolkata to mandarmani on dtd 10.02.18 against snemita paribahan (Ticket no. 232n7dcc & operator pnr 232n7dcc) is changed by travel operator and reschdule at 08.40 hrs instead of 07.20 hrs on dtd 10.02.18 and it is confirmed on dtd 09.02.18 at 08.00hrs.
Before journey it crucial moment to change the schdule and we are facing lot of problem due to such delay at 1.30 hrs from schdule time. The agency changed to samanta travels and its bus condition is very poor.
I requested to you to consult with such travel agency to arrange another good quality bus instead of schdule bus by maintaining the schdule time.
If it occurs in next time, then it is not possible for me to book bus with your portal.
I think you should maintain such reputation by reporting this incident to the bus operator.
