For and behalf of our client, Mr. Rajaashekar.N.R r/o # 28, 10th Main Road, Palace Guttahalli, Bengaluru - 560003, We Serve you with a Legal Notice as under:
1. That our client booked 4 nos Flight Tickets Booking ID : NF25A6RL6ADT60PD3474 ( To & fro Round trips) in Go Airlines through Make my Trip agency Dated: 24th April 2003 with PNR No - W2NY68(31st July 2003)(G8-405) (BLR-VNS) AND PNR No: W6DVYKV ( 05th August 2003 )(G8-404)(VNS- BLR) respectively. This is round trip From Bengaluru to Varanasi & Varanasi to Bengaluru.(Invoice enclosed)
2. Dated: 19th May 2003 my client received the message through sms from GO FIRST FLYER as follows: Your Booking ref: W2NY68(31st July 2003)(G8-405) (BLR-VNS) AND PNR No: W6DVYKV ( 05th August 2003 )(G8-404)(VNS- BLR) is cancelled due to operational reasons ( message enclosed).
3. Immediately that my client approched to make my trip agency refund of booking ID: NF25A6RL6ADT60PD3474 amounts of Rs. 47, 476 ( Forty Seven Thousand four Hundred Seventy Six only). There was nos response to mails and calls my client made to your official mailing ID and customer care numbers, Again my client got touch with Go Airlines and make my trip raising the concerns.
4. That despite several mails, messages and calls, there has been no revert from your end into this matter.
5. That there has been no reponse from the end of your firm on the matter and neither is the amount credited, shocked at the callous attitude of sucha big brand, our client feels distraught and harassed, on top of it, the amount s till is not credited to the account as promised.
6. That the entire process of getting the requisite refund has taken over years during which our client has been harassed to a great extent and has been made to feel like a beggar by the representatives of your firm despite no fault of his.
7. That the failure to respond to our client grievances clearly shows that our client has been cheated by you.
8. That by way of this Notice your are hereby called upon to pay to our client.
a. A sum of Rs. 47, 476/-( Forty Seven Thousand four Hundred and Seventy Six only). which is our due as per the policy of the booking.
b. A sum of Rs. 20, 000/- (Twenty Thousand only) towords the cost of this Legal Notice rendered to our client.
That if there is no satisfactory response from your side within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of this Notice, then it shall be assumed that you are not interested in serving the needs of our client we would be lift with the option but to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you so as to safe guard the rights of our clients. you shall be solely responsible for all costs and consequences thereof, which you may please note.
We hope for a prompt resolution to the above mentioned issue and look forward to a positive reponse from your side.
