[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — travel insurance policy not provided

I booked an international flight in makemytrip.com with booking id: nn[protected] for 3 months duration for 2 people. I have selected apollo munich travel insurance during booking.

After booking was confirmed, i never received any insurance policy document and on too much followup after 4 days, mmt came back with a policy for one person and that too was incorrect and was only for a month rather than a 3 month travel period. On reporting the complaints further, mmt team is neither responding to emails nor taking any action on calling to support staff?

It's been 6 days and i have a visa appointment in a couple of days and makemytrip has completely failed to deliver on its promise. I am completely tired of calling them and email them as they are not responding.

I wanted to sue them for the loss that i will have due to the inability to present the travel document for my visa.
