Complaint marked as Resolved After numerous calls to their customer support and several tweets to their twitter handle, I was able to get their attention and they were able to deliver the visas to me. The entire process was extremely painful, frustrating and disappointing to say the least. Their visa team is inaccessible and customer team is only trained to give canned responses - "we are working on it, have patience". If I had not gone through so much pain, I doubt if I would've received the visa in time for my travel.
