[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Uae Visa Issued But Not Delivered by MMT

I have submitted documents to Makemytrip for UAE VISA on 5th September 2022. We are a family of 6 travelling to Dubai on October 1. Its now 18th september 2022, still our visa is not received. While the MMT app shows status as delayed, when I tracked our visas on UAE government website, they are already showing VISA status as ISSUED AND ACTIVE. Im not sure why MMT VISA team is delaying delivery of visas. The customer care team is clueless, has no idea about visas and simply give a canned response, “have patience, we are looking into it, we have sent email to the VISA team.” I request you to please resolve this matter urgently as we are travelling with children and elderly people and we are unable to complete our trip plan due to unavailability of visas. We have already purchased tickets and insurance for our trip from MMT and will face huge losses if VISAS dont arrive on time. Please help!!! +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (7)
Sep 20, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved After numerous calls to their customer support and several tweets to their twitter handle, I was able to get their attention and they were able to deliver the visas to me. The entire process was extremely painful, frustrating and disappointing to say the least. Their visa team is inaccessible and customer team is only trained to give canned responses - "we are working on it, have patience". If I had not gone through so much pain, I doubt if I would've received the visa in time for my travel. MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
