MakeMyTrip India — Unable to Login Account and no customer support

My registered mobile number with MYBIZ account at MMT is now deactivated. Even if I have email id and password I cannot login to my account as Login required OTP sent on mobile number. My refund was credited in MMT wallet due to flight cancelled because of COVID. I tried several times contacting customer services, all they have done is put the query on the robot which send me same message again and again. MMT Team, Yes, I know the refund is processed... I received message but I really need to talk to a human to help resolve this and get my money back. Let me get into my account to perform whatever scripted the robot tells or update mobile number please!
