MakeMyTrip India — UPI payment made but booking process not completed

I tried to book four round trip tickets on MakeMyTrip. Even though Rs. 48, 617 was deducted, the booking process was not completed. I DIDN'T RECEIVE tickets. Several attempts to contact customer care executive from MakeMyTrip failed.
