MakeMyTrip India — Urgent deletion of make my trip account

After being harassed for years..i want to permanently delete my make my trip account..i have called customer care ladline some 100 times and no one has helped me and in fact the customer care representatives are rude and highly disrespectful..i have emailed to grievence email too..no one has replied back to me..i got one email with a link which doesnt even open..as a customer its my right to keep or delete an account..
