Me and my wife are planning to travel to Sharjah on 18th December 2021 and will return on 2nd Jan 2022, and I have successfully booked the flight ticket through MMT, I then applied for a 30 day tourist visa and uploaded all the necessary scanned documents however I received an email stating my visa application got rejected with no reason of rejection provided to me, and my wife's visa application got approved.
The customer service provided by MMT is worst. There is no provision to contact customer care. I tried escalating to the next level of support to know the reason why my visa application has been rejected and they are simply saying it is going to take 14-28 working days to get an update from the embassy which is not acceptable.
It is MMT's responsibility to check the documents submitted prior to submission to the embassy, and it is illegal to collect the booking amount before visa is granted. I demand them to get my visa approved or provide me a clear reason for rejection, failing to do so they should provide compensation since i have already booked my flight tickets.
