MakeMyTrip India — Voucher code not working

I booked a 2ac compartment train in Bsp Bgkt Sf Exp which was 1775rs my booking id:- NR[protected]. i added trip gurantee feature in mmt which costed me total price 2814rs, mmt promised me that it will give me 2x voucher code if my ticket gets waitlisted and cancelled, and mt train gets cancelled, its voucher code states that it will give me 3550rs as a travel voucher which i can use this amount to upgrade my ticket in mmt, when i go to use my voucher code to book flight it says Sorry! Promocode used is not applicable at the moment although i was within its terms and condition i am very dissapointed with it mmt is scaming its coustmers.

Please help me regarding it
