Hi,
We bought a few Mapro Crush from Big bazaar, After a few uses in one of our drink we found a dead WORM. The warm was big enough that one can identify it in mouth (Like i did).
I then called their customer care, mailed them the images of warm i took. Upon receipt of the images their customer care person told us that they are sure that the worm cant be found inside their crush.
Initially i have just called them to let them know about the worm but their reply on phone (instead of apologizing) have made me change my mind and do a consumer complaint. We are pure vegetarian people and finding worm in Mapro's eatable is very unfortunate.
I see a strict action against them.
