[Resolved] Marico — not getting the return of my livon hair gain product | |||
I called customer care on 22nd of november 2017 about my product "livon hair gain"which i ordered from snapdeal and checked... And then i was in doubt that is it duplicate... So i called customer care and then they confirmed that we have to check that for this we have to get that product... And in behalf of that they will give a new one,.. They said it will take minimum 7 days of replacement... But now it's...22nd of january 2018... And no response form the company... I called many times but they said it will be replaced in 7 day... Why all of your stockiest took all the schemes had given to us retailers. we only get as usual the %margin, so what is the use of schemes, did you really care about retailer secondary?
