[Resolved] Marrow — Unable to access my account for 4 days

My account got blocked and i tried contacting almost all the people i could from their company and they responded once and said my kyc verification was pending. Fine i did that, send my details and everything, but still! It’s still blocked!! Why did i pay 40k for this? I expected a faster and more prompt response. My account got blocked as I forgot to upload documents for verification. It's the third day today and there is only mail that i recieved that they will call me. But i haven't received any call. Please revert back and help me as I am losing my precious time.

Hey man, my account is blocked too and the reason they gave me is that My phone is jailbroken. And they reply once in a day and it’s been 3 days but this issue isn’t resolved. Have you gotten your account back?

My marrow I'd has been blocked. I have shared my correct I'd proof and neither took screenshots nor shared my account with others. I don't know the reason why this has happened and the team is also not responding properly.
I have never expected this kind of thing from such a company. I request them to check after the issue
