Marrow has wrongly blocked my device for login purposes.

I just had a marrow account but never subscribed to any of the marrow plans.

When I tried to log in a pop up came which said my account / device has been permanently suspended as someone else has logged in their account with my device.

I have told the legal team of marrow that I had lend my device ie iPad to one my acquaintances for their own use. How am I supposed to be responsible if they have logged in with my device ????

It’s the owner of the login id has to be careful in how many devices he/she logs in, and at the same time the onus of enquiry / investigation / response to any query by the marrow team only
Rests on the owner of the user id.

It’s quite wrongful for the marrow to block someone’s device who has not even taken their premium services hence himself can’t even share his login information to anyone for any dubious reasons.
Amusingly enough, marrow and their legal team have not blocked my account only device.

When I reasoned with them,
They told me the only way my suspension of my device would be reversed / revoked only when I but their premium plans with video access is purchased be me within 24 hours, not even any other plans, the selection of the plan should be the sole discretion of the consumer not these corporate companies.

This arm twisting by this corporate companies is quite unlawful and absolutely unethical.
I kindly request that my complaint should be taken into consideration and necessary action should be taken against unlawful and unethical practices by Team marrow.

I am a plan c marrow user for years now I account got suspended on 16th nov after I was trying to login repeatedly as I was getting OTP on my registered email account (maybe due to rediff server down time)
It's been 4 days I have not received email from marrow about what to do next in this regard when I am reaching out to marrow support team they are sending emails with different ticket I'd saying they are looking into it and will reply in 24 hrs it's taking a lot longer than what I expected
Kindly respond to my query a little quick so that I can continue with my preparation

Iam not a marrow subscriber.i just have a marrow account.Now when I thought of purchasing a plan, it says that my account has been suspended. I need a resolve as soon as possible.

My marrow account was suspended when I was trying to install app through bluestax on my windows tablet because app is not available in Microsoft store. I didnt know that is unauthorised. I mailed to marrow legal team regarding this and I also called customer care but this issue is not resolved. Can you please help how to get my account back. I need to listen classes which are very important

Sir, this is in response to my account being blocked.

I Archita Das had taken marrow from my classmate Amitosh Kumar Pandey after a status he had put up on his whatsapp that he is kind of an ambassador for marrow and that I could get some additional discount.
Being an intern with limited fund, I took it as he was a trusted classmate.

I paid my full money to him and in return he asked me to change my phone number which I did... Considering everything to be legal. I am one person who never breaks laws but falls into trouble every single time.
This occured in[protected].

He is already pursuing his PG now whereas I wish to appear for it in 2024 again. As well as my INICET 2023 ON MAY 7th.
I thought as I have made the full payment to him from my account, I can upload my adhaar details
.. Due to which MY ACCOUNT IS NOW BLOCKED.
I MADE A PURCHASE OF PLAN C ON THE 5-6TH of April which costed me around 35k... And ever since I cannot use it.

I apologize for breaking any rule set by Marrow. I am an ardent follower of Marrow and all it's teachers. I request you to kindly unblock only this time!

I have sent a lot of emails to which I have received only ticket numbers. Please resolve it.

I took superspeciality medicine subscription 1 week back which is suspended. Their email addresses that there were multiple logins and i shared my account with many. They have mentioned few names who are my ug college. She is obgnaec pg now . Why will she use medicine ss account. Please help in recovery of my account which has 2 years still . I bought with 65000/-

I took the subscription 1week ago... And now they are saying my account is suspended due to violation of their policies, as far as I know I haven't any violated any of their terms and conditions... I paid 35k for this and look what happend they told me to file an appeal by writing an email which I already did but there is no response from the team.. Please look into this matter because I have 1 year left with this subscription

Hello, 2 days ago I bought marrow subscription. I logged in from my laptop & my phone. It was only two devices. But my account suspended. Kindly help me out.

I Dr Unnimaya PS, a marrow plan c user for the past 9-10months and my plan is valid till August 2023. Yesterday they suddenly suspended my account when I was watching the video. I haven't done anything against their privacy policies. I have never shared my account credentials with anyone nor have I shared my account with anyone. I have been using just a single device till now for the marrow app. Despite doing nothing wrong they have blocked my account and my exams are just 10 days away . Its giving undue stress and my valuable time is getting lost in the last days for exam as it's the only platform I'm relying on till now. It's not fair to just block an account without any justification. I have tried contacting their legal team through email which is the only possible way and till now no proper response or solution has been given. Please look into this problem and help.

Marrow has blocked my account without any reason, without prior notice or anything.

Plz help me 😭 I purchase my account on 1 Feb and after 3 day they block.
I am new on marrow and don't tha policy. I just want bog screen so open it on my pc yesterday. Then they block my account.

Marrow suspended my frnds account because we were sharing it...so they said that tell your partner to buy pro plan of marrow then only we will reactivate your account...so I buy marrow plan B ...now they suspended my account saying that I was using others account..my meet pg exam is 1 month apart and they are wasting my time..and also not responding to email..

Marrow blocked me because one of my colleague who is a marrow plan b user took my I’d to see some sample revision video and he completely misguided me that 2 people can use a account and I believed him. Now marrow blocked me. When I contacted them they are intentionally delaying the unblocking despite knowing all the things and also saying that they will restrict to only 1 device use and also they haven’t unblocked me yet!!! I also told them that it will not happen again. Exam is nearer and after duty I manage to keep time for study and it’s already 2 days they blocked my account and not responding since yesterday. I called marrow customer service 4 times since yesterday but got no help. How to express my anger and frustration I don’t know. Please resolve my problem asap.

I had updated my device through a beta update and it had maybe less secure - instantly marrow blocked my account.
Upon various email they have not been able to reply to me even within 24 hrs time frame which they said will do.

I'm a plan B user, and every second they are delaying my account unblocking, I'm wasting crucial time for NEET PG 2023.

My marrow account got suspended by saying that i was violating the rules by sharing the account but i was not.

I had my iPad broken today so I tried to login via my laptop.
I was unable to view lectures so I installed some random emulator unknowingly
Now it show my account is permanently banned
I have my INICET exam on 13 November which is just 5 days away and I am not able to use my account.
Please help me and unblock the account

I am Plan C pro User of marrow, my account has been suspended for no valid reason.
I was following all the rules set by marrow team yet my account has been suspended without any know reason or cause or any prior notice.
This has caused lot of trouble and stress, even after sincerely obeying the rules, one have to go through this inconvenience both waste of time and money
There is also no way of reaching to legal team except via mails

They have suspended my account - I’m already out of time and schedule for exam please help this is my last try ! Due to family have to give my best please help

I installed the application on my phone first around 2 weeks ago and ordered my edition 6 notes for neet pg

I received my notes today on 12 October 20222.

I installed BlueStacks on my windows laptop so that i can start lectures on a bigger screen.

As soon as I log in my account got suspended.

What did I do wrong?

Or am I not allowed to use marrow account on BlueStacks or windows?

How do i correct it and gain back my account.

I told the same thing to the legal marrow team but they haven't responded once.
I have sent 3 emails since the incident and haven't received single update from there side.

I am a plan C user of marrow registered under my mobile no [protected] / [protected]@gmail.com . Marrow blocked my account without any notice when I didn’t violate any terms and conditions . They are wasting my time and money. Tried reaching out to them but they have no direct on call associate but just emails. This is pure injustice and I want legal action against Marrow and it’s support team for making me lose time and money. The only thing I had was I was using marrow on my own devices which is allowed in marrow. I didn’t change my device also.
