I have purchased my marrow plan c on 11july and by mistake I uploaded the wrong Aadhar card and my account has been blocked and now the legal team is saying that I have shared my account with some one else which I have not and I need to give a new email I’d of the person with whom I have shared my account and need to buy new plan c for 12 month I recently brought my plan how can I buy a new one

Marrow blocked my account since it was opened on two devices simultaneously, but thing is I opened one in mobile other in my tablet. coz of this they suspended my acc. saying I share my account details. now they asked for written agreement and email id o[censored]ser they think I m sharing my acc with, bt thing is it's only me 😭 they r saying to recover my account back, I have to buy new plan of 12months which is not acceptable coz my 6 months are already remaining on app. this is just misunderstanding on their behalf n not giving access to my account. I can't afford new subscription now

I have paid Rs. 35, 000/- for subscription in marrow and used the aaccount for 3days after that my account was blocked with unfare reason.
when i contacted them though mail there send me link to re-activate my account that link is not working, i gave complaint on mail there send other link. to conform there is any mistake from my end i have used different mobile to try. In every mobile same issue accure.
there are not responding and it been 8days my account was blocked
please help me to solve my issue

Now my account is blocked because my name provided in the app since the past 2 years doesn't match with the verification documents I had uploaded where my actual name "Sriram Mishra" is there. I was using my marrow account, I'm intern, i was using one device for video and in other i was looking at notes, all of sudden my account suspended and they're not responding

Myself took marrow account on 5th July through my phone number for my fiance. When verification was asked he has uploaded his certificate. And then account got suspended because account name shows mine. I have sent multiple emails regarding the situation. He is only using the account. They aren’t replying back even after sending multiple emails conveying the situation. They are not even replying back. Still account remains suspended. Days are running and he couldn’t study anything because of this.

I had renewed my Marrow Plan C last week, and after the KYC verification, Marrow blocked my account without warning. On emailing their legal team, I was told that my AADHAR was edited and I was asked why an 'edited/forged' document was uploaded by me. I immediately re-clicked pictures of my AADHAR and PAN card and mailed it to them. I was sent a digital verification link which I complied with.

I have been using marrow since 3 years .i have never used any unfair means .Moreover i am a paln b user so things like recording videos or taking screenshots doesn't even apply .
I took a 12 month subscription at a higher cost recently because they denied for a 9 month one .
I recently used BlueStacks for opening marrow on laptop .I am a totally tech unfriendly person and didn't know that BlueStacks is an emulator .
I apologise for making the mistake unknowingly but there wasn't any wrong intention .I just opened it on laptop to take my exam on the laptop to simulate real exam . The live test ends tomorrow.
I have written to them 3 times .
Only 6 months are left to neet pg 2023 exam .please take my request into consideration, make my voice heard and help me recovering my account .A request from neet pg aspirant and apologies too ...please take this into consideration

I am Yeshwanthi, a plan c marrow user. I have opened marrow in my laptop unknowingly and now my account got suspended.
I did this mistake as I was unaware of the policies and ended up using an emulator.
I would never repeat this mistake and sincerely request the marrow team to unblock my account as my exams are in a month and marrow is my sole source of preparation.
I am 48, 000 for subscribtion and really cannot afford another one . Please took to my account.

texts are so tiny that it was straining my eyes.And also
the zoom in zoom out feature on the text was not
there.
Therefore I thought to access the notes on Laptop
(bigger screen) until I buy Edition 6 notes.
But I don't know It was illegal or something.It was a
blunder done by me.
I am very depressed right now as the plan was for 2
years and it was the only source. I bought it just few
months before. I have not used it properly.

Sir I have already mailed you 12 times on your legal team mail ID about the issues of verification . And suddenly blocking my ID without any warning. This js not justified. This service wasn't provided for free we have paid 40K for this and belong to a mere poor family and such huge amounts cannot be repaid again can you please resolve my issue . Ticket no 1208802. There has been an unresolved issue of my incorrect mail ID during the creating of this account and then when k asked for ur help you all denied . And now when I am complaining from other mail ID you are saying to text from your registered mail ID sir have you forgotten I had asked you to rectify that wrong input of information and now I am completely helpless . Atleast help me reverify my account for now. So that my account can get activated. My exams are about to happen and right now is not the right time for all of this.

I'm Shivani Gautam, a final year MBBS student.

My pro account got suspended yesterday (24th June 2022), because of some pages of notes which included my details...
Sir as recently Marrow has launched edition 6, we had edition 5 notes. But after the switching to edition 6, i found that there is drastically changes in the Edition 6 than 5.

So I took photos of some pages of notes (pedia) which I was using, while watching videos.

I didn't knew that it is that much illegal that it can lead to suspension of my account.
I was unaware of the terms and conditions, and mistakenly did this.

And my account got suspended without prior warning 🥺.

I'm writing so many emails since yesterday but no replies are coming except for the explanation of my mistake, no reply regarding the solution of my problem.

There is my exams from 2nd July and I need this ASAP, and obviously it has been anxious matter for me as I'd investment all the money that my parents could give me.
I request to Marrow legal team to give me solution by unblocking my I'd.

I cannot afford such time issues currently, i would have never written my complaint here if they gave me reply but I have to do this, since it has been more than 26 hours since I'm emailing.

I have gone thoroughly the terms and conditions now, and I've also given the written agreement to marrow legal team that I'll never ever do the same mistake.

Kindly help me getting out from this anxious condition 🙏

I have purchased Marrow plan C about 5 months back and yesterday all of a sudden my account was blocked and i was asked to contact the legal team. Which didn't respond reasonably to my explanation and complain. I paid a huge amount approx 50k for the plan and now I cannot use the app for my preparation. It is causing me serious trouble in preparing in such a prime time for preparation. I use 2 devices separate for clinical postings and hostel room reasonably and the way which best suits my schedule. And now they are restricting my account to only one device which will affect my studies and also i am not able to pay such a huge amount again.
Please help!

After my marrow account was suspended as I used emulators, they asked me documents which I submitted to them but still my account has not been unblocked.

My marrow account got blocked as I was using on 2 cellphone which is allowed, but they suddenly blocked it. I have contacted their legal team via email, but got just ticket no:1199391, as it is costly and I need to study I want it unblocked soon. I have contacted marrow legal team many times but no response.

I purchased marrow today, i belong to poor family and purchased it by emi .
I logged my account in laptop using emulator and I don't know that we can't use marrow on laptop, and my account get suspended.

I'm a marrow pro user, but today my account got suspended because I wrongly attempted to open in the pc, I was not aware of the consequences nor previous warning was given, thought pc would be better while giving tests, as it makes a similar platform for the main exam. I've mailed to the legalmarrowteam and awaiting a response, this is making me anxious I have recently started to prepare and I am not even halfway through.

It shows that my marrow account is blocked due to incomplete verification, even though I've done everything that is required. I'm very anxious, someone please help.
I have a plan C and it's really freaking me out!

Marrow has blocked my account without any reason, without prior notice or anything. Just because they misinterpreted email i have sent. They wasted my a day and spoiled mental health.

I purchased marrow plan D on 8th February. It costed me 49999rs for 24 months.
When I logged into my account in my laptop it got suspended.
Now I don't know what to do. Please help me to get back my account as soon as possible.

Today I made the payment for ₹11, 999 for a 6 month plan on Marrow.
I barely used it for 30 mins on my iPad.
Later when I logged into my account on the Marrow app on my iPhone, it said that my account has been suspended due to “REPEATED SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY”.
I am the only person using the account, and I susbscribed to Marrow only today and logged into my iPad and iPhone.
For what good reason did...

Hii m a user of marrow plan v since year 2016.I use marrow app on two devices one my Samsung fon and other one iPhone 13 pro.I purchased a new Lenovo legion laptop and my friend said that perhaps marrow app can also be installed on laptop like PrepLadder using memu or blue stack emulator.I jst tried opening the app and my marrow account was suspended since last 2 days😭😭😭😭m a loyal customer of marrow since 2016.pls help me out exam on may 21 I have never violated any privacy policies

My marrow account got suspended just after 1 day of purchase without any prior notification or warning about reason for it
They are saying their was an attempt to record marrow videos
I have done no such thing
I have clarified to them at least 20 times
Marrow legal team is completely uncooperative
How am I supposed to know any rules of the app without using it ever
Used it for the first time very bad experience
I ask you to not buy marrow buy anything else with that money !
Now they are asking me to buy again !

Few weeks back ( 21st April) I logged din from another device and my marrow account was immediately blocked because you cannot sign in from more than two devices and I had it open already in other two which was my fault, so I immediately wrote a mail f=to file an appeal for unblocking and stating that who had signed in was me after which I did not receive any reply from them. I have filed multiple appeal post that and there hasn't been any reply from them. I request for unblocking of my account.
