I have been using marrow since 3 years .i have never used any unfair means .Moreover i am a paln b user so things like recording videos or taking screenshots doesn't even apply .
I took a 12 month subscription at a higher cost recently because they denied for a 9 month one .
I recently used BlueStacks for opening marrow on laptop .I am a totally tech unfriendly person and didn't know that BlueStacks is an emulator .

I am Yeshwanthi, a plan c marrow user. I have opened marrow in my laptop unknowingly and now my account got suspended.
I did this mistake as I was unaware of the policies and ended up using an emulator.
I would never repeat this mistake and sincerely request the marrow team to unblock my account as my exams are in a month and marrow is my sole source of preparation.
I am 48, 000 for subscribtion and really cannot afford...

Which didn't respond reasonably to my explanation and complain. I paid a huge amount approx 50k for the plan and now I cannot use the app for my preparation. My account has been blocked by their team due to some verification issue and I am sending them mail since 5days of account blocking but there is no reply or result from there side.
I have paid them Rs.26000 and then I am facing this problem.
For everyone time and money matters the most.
Till what time will I keep on mailing them....

Today I made the payment for ₹11, 999 for a 6 month plan on Marrow.
I barely used it for 30 mins on my iPad.
Later when I logged into my account on the Marrow app on my iPhone, it said that my account has been suspended due to “REPEATED SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY”.
I am the only person using the account, and I susbscribed to Marrow only today and logged into my iPad and iPhone.

Hii m a user of marrow plan v since year 2016.I use marrow app on two devices one my Samsung fon and other one iPhone 13 pro.I purchased a new Lenovo legion laptop and my friend said that perhaps marrow app can also be installed on laptop like PrepLadder using memu or blue stack emulator.I jst tried opening the app and my marrow account was suspended since last 2 days😭😭😭😭m a loyal customer of marrow since 2016.pls help me out...

Few weeks back ( 21st April) I logged din from another device and my marrow account was immediately blocked because you cannot sign in from more than two devices and I had it open already in other two which was my fault, so I immediately wrote a mail f=to file an appeal for unblocking and stating that who had signed in was me after which I did not receive any reply from them. I have filed multiple appeal post that and there hasn't been any...

My marrow account has been suspended although i have not violated any terms and conditions of the app. They say I'm sharing my account but I am not. I have paid a huge amount for the app please look into the matter....

My marrow account got suspended on terms of account sharing which I wasn't doing.
Now they've blocked all my devices for 30 days which is very frustrating and hampering my preparation.
Legal team of marrow thinks that we got this app for free and nothing can be done to them legally, filling a case to stop this harassment...

My Marrow Account Plan C purchased on 21st April has been suspended today morning. It's only been 10 days and have hardly used the app. I haven't violated any rules and now marrow legal team wants me to agree that I have shared my credentials with someone else and wants me to provide them with another email id so that I can force someone else to purchase marrow I'm order to get my account unblocked. I very recently bought Marrow plan C (Rs 43, 500). And today it got suspended. I haven’t even started using it. It’s been less that 2 weeks since I bought it. I don’t know how to get it resolved. Please help me.

Yesterday on 18 the April maarrow legal team blocked my account saying kyc verification failed . And immediately I send my adhar card I'd proof so that they verify and unblock my account but still my account has not been unblocked . They did not warn that if I'd proof will not be submitted then account will be blocked . After submitting I'd proof they are not unblocking .it's. Only a month I have purchased marrow plan c . Exams are too close...
