I bought marrow subscription just today and within 3-4 hours it got blocked without any reason
Same did they restore it yet?

    I have been a marrow pro user for 1 years,
    Spent 17000 on the app the last time I registered.

    They say i have violated their privacy terms which i havent
    never used any device to record videos
    never took a screenshot
    only used on two devices which is allowed

    no email sent by them to say i have violated theirterms

    cant access the app and my exam is in few months

    disgusted...
    paid so much and they cancel for no reason at all

      My KYC verification was incomplete .. it was because I mistook my verification is complete by uploading my college ID.. But once when I acknowledged that it was wrong I immediately sent my aadhar card images to the mentioned email ID.. it's been only 1month I have used it .. so please do the needful and soon resolve it

        My marrow account wassuspended yesterday...its showing using an emulator to run marrow app on laptop...no violation of privacy and anything illegal has been done from account...still they taking solong to unblock myaccount... i they have atleast give awarning or prior notification before suspending my marrow account... kindly help me resolve my issue... i am unable to log in even from their website...
        Yes all the same issues except I bought it today and they blocked within a few hours

            Today my marrow account was suspended, it showing that it was suspended because I used an emulator to view it on my PC, but at least they could have given a prior warning notification or something, I paid a huge sum of money to buy this plan. I don't know what to do now please help me out here & I'm freaking out.

              Today my marrow account was suspended, I only bought it 10 days ago and it showing that it was suspended because I used an emulator to view it on my laptop, but at least they could have given a prior warning notification or something, I paid a huge sum of money to buy this plan.                 I had bought three months of Plan C Marrow package and without ever getting to use it even once my account has been permanently suspended. I have not done any suspicious activity as it was my first login.
                I filed an appeal to the legal team at marrow but there is no response from them.
                I am disappointed about the amount of money they have charged without delivering any services.

                    I didn't login except in my mobile and tab
                    I have not done any illegal issues

                      I have been using marrow for the last few days during this usage;
                      1. I've never given anyone else access to my account

                      2. I was the only one who used the app, through my account.

                      3. I never recorded their videos.

                      My access was revoked today, despite this. Every time I try to open the app

                      I use marrow only from two devices only. That is all there is to it.
                      I didn't take any video screenshots.

                      I can't sign in or use the app in any manner, yet I still have two years left on my subscription.
                      The automated response from the legal team specifically stated that I should NOT contact their customer support.

                      I'm waiting for them to send me an email.

                      This is quite aggravating.

                      Please assist.

                        Hi, i happened to log in to my windows tab to watch the videos as marrow rules are ok with using phone and tablets. But as soon i logged in, i have seen tht my account is suspended. I am very sure that i haven't shared my account with anyone and also i did go anything illegal. Already with so much difficulty i paid for the subscription. And now my account is blocked. Also my exams are going on don't know how to resolve this problem.                             They blocked my account without warning. They also say I have shared my login credentials with other people

                            Inspite of multiple emails to the legal team, they have not responded with any solution. And this occurred less than a month after i paid 17000 rupees and extended my one year plan.
                            In all these months, there was never an issue
                            And now, one month before the exam, they have suddenly blocked it after i paid for a renewal and they are not responding. They are also saying we must NOT contact customer care
                            This is so stressful to a student just before their exam. I am shocked at this...inspire of multiple please they are not giving any option to resolve this and not even responding to my emails.

                                I’m new user to marrow. They blocked my account because I was not aware that we can’t login in different devices I paid 33, 500 rupees for 12 months plan C NEET-pg. they didn’t sent me any information about this and directly blocked my account even they are not trying to listen me that I’m new user and I was not aware about this thing. And they saying to pay again. Please help me to unblock my account so that I can study. I’m very depressed right now 😭

                                  My marrow account is suspended without any warning.I bought a plan c subscription for 2 years 2 months ago It costed me 45K. Upon asking via mail why they have done so they said i violated their terms and conditions by sharing my account credentials but
                                  I am not sharing my account with anyone. I use my account in 2 different devices for my convenience which does not violate their terms and conditions at all .I mailed them explaining myself on the legal email they responded for once and asked for a written apology and to “make someone buy a subscription”which is mandatory. what should I do?

                                    I am a medical student in Bulgaria from the UK. I have been using Marrow for the past few months and not had any problem. I had 2 iPads and usually use Marrow on both. I got a notification saying " my account was blocked because its used on many devices". First of all, no one has heard about Marrow in Bulgaria. Only Indian students find it helpful as the syllabus is very different to ours. They want me to sign an agreement stating I will never share my account details and make a random person buy the Marrow subscription. This makes no sense to me as I was the one using my account. You are allowed to install Marrow on 2 devices. This is unacceptable and extremely unfair. It is infuriating how they are making me ask someone else to buy their account. No one knows about Marrow and it does not follow our syllabus. I came across it online and purchased it as the explanation was good. This is unfair and I would like you to take action. I want my account resumed or a full refund.

                                          My marrow account has been blocked and marrow legal team just provides their mail to contact to which they reply 12-15hrs latet, inspite of agreeing to all their terms and repeated mails they are not able to even understand the simple difference between an undergraduate and postgraduate student and the difference between NEET PG and NEET SS plans nor are tgey providing the contact no of a person who is atleast aware of marrows own subscription plans.

                                            My friend's Marrow account is suspended as she had some hardware issue in tablet, so she used it in mobile. The account got suspended. In return the legal team contacted her saying that to write a letter and making them to buy a 6 months subscription plan of Plan C.

                                            Marrow is doing indirect sales through students suspending their accounts.
                                            Please look into the matter, its a very critical issue. I have attached screenshot for reference. How could edtech company do sales like this??
                                            Did your account got unsuspend
                                            Or its compulsory if the other person to buy the 6 mothn plan to unblock your account ?

                                                    I am a marrow plan c user.i subscribed marrow on january 2022 for upcoming fmge exam which is in june..but on 28th my account got suspended unexpectedly.i contacted Marrow team multiple times.They said me to wait.first they said me that, wait for 48-72 hrs..but its been more than a week i couldnt open my account..i mailed them with my id, i called to the helpline number..but they are not giving me the correct solution ..always telling me to wait.. I don’t have any other source to study..only depending on marrow..but they are not responding .I didn’t even start my preparation..whenever I contact Marrow team, they are saying they don’t know..

                                                    have been a marrow pro user for 1.5years,  
                                                    Spent 50000 on the app the last time I registered.

                                                    I have :
                                                    1. Never violated their privacy policy
                                                    2. Never shared my account with another person. 
                                                    I am the only person who used the app through my account.
                                                    3. Never recorded their videos

                                                    Despite this, my access was revoked today.
                                                    I have sent them an email asking for the cause, because I haven't used marrow regularly in the past 15 days.

                                                    I use marrow from two devices only. My phone and my tablet.
                                                    And that is it.

                                                    I didn't take any screenshots of videos,  

                                                    The only time I took screenshots was of my marks in the tests/my scores in the question Bank.

                                                    I cannot sign in, cannot access the app in any way, and I have 11 months left.

                                                    Legal team automated email explicitly asked me to NOT contact their customer service.
                                                    I'm awaiting an email from them.

                                                    This is very frustrating.
                                                    Please help.

                                                      I purchased 18 months of plan c subscription from marrow for 43500 rupees which I had to earn by literally spilling blood and sweat. I complied to there every whim by uploading my MCI registration certificate and college id multiple times. They didn't specify me to upload my adhar. Now just after 9 days of inception of my 18 month account, they blocked me permanently. My entire preparation for neet and ini cet depends on marrow as i trusted them. But they stabbed me in the heart with this. This is very barbaric and I hope my account to be unblocked at the earliest as my future hangs in balance.

                                                        My account got blocked and i tried contacting almost all the people i could from their company and they responded *once* and said my kyc verification was pending.
                                                        Fine i did that, send my details and everything, but still! It’s still blocked!!
                                                        Why did i pay 61k for this?
                                                        I expected a faster and more prompt response.
                                                        I’ve got so many exams coming up and i needed this resource and now even that’s not here.

                                                          My account got suspended today.. & i don't even know what is the reason.. i don't know what & where it's gone wrong with my account.. please kindly help me regarding unblocking my account. I have neet pg next month.. & i have to read.. other wise I'm gonna lose everything.. it's really crucial time for me.. please help me..
