My marrow account has been suspended on[protected] .i have tried to login to my marrow account using my laptop since then i am not able to open my marrow app in my mobile .my one and only source for studying for exams is marrow. and my exams are approaching .i am preparing for a competitive exam. even one day is too precious .i want to my account to be unblocked as soon as possible so that i can prepare for my exam .so kindly look into this...

I am a marrow plan c user.i subscribed marrow on january 2022 for upcoming fmge exam which is in june..but on 28th my account got suspended unexpectedly.i contacted Marrow team multiple times.They said me to wait.first they said me that, wait for 48-72 hrs..but its been more than a week i couldnt open my account..i mailed them with my id, i called to the helpline number..but they are not giving me the correct solution ..always telling me...

I purchased 18 months of plan c subscription from marrow for 43500 rupees which I had to earn by literally spilling blood and sweat. I complied to there every whim by uploading my MCI registration certificate and college id multiple times. They didn't specify me to upload my adhar. Now just after 9 days of inception of my 18 month account, they blocked me permanently. My entire preparation for neet and ini cet depends on marrow as i trusted...

My account got blocked and i tried contacting almost all the people i could from their company and they responded *once* and said my kyc verification was pending.
Fine i did that, send my details and everything, but still! It’s still blocked!!
Why did i pay 61k for this?
I expected a faster and more prompt response.
I’ve got so many exams coming up and i needed this resource and now even that’s not here.br...

It’s day 4 and I still don’t have access to my account which is valid till june’22. Exam is in one month. Regardless of sending many emails no reply received. Utterly shocking no response. Really shocking! Not cool, not expected from MARROWS....

My marrow account is blocked without any notice or information. A mail was sent that your account is block because KYC is not complete. Inspite of sending adhar card and MCI registration my account is not activated. I feel cheated as it's big amount that I paid and it's wasting my time to study....

Suddenly my marrow account has been blocked, i have never shared my account to anyone, i uploaded id proof which is not getting verified. I got a call this morning from marrow executive regarding id verification. I told my issue then he said he would share a link, if i upload id in that link, the problem will be resolved.
