[Resolved]  Marrow — Account blocked

My account has been blocked since 5 days. I have written them e-mails about it to their legal team. I have contacted their support marrow team also. They are only telling that the legal team will contact me on my registered marrow no. But, neither they are contacting me nor the support marrow team is receiving my calls anymore.They only sent me a mail once saying if I explain them my reason o[censored]sing more than one device then they will surely respond according to my explanation. But, they are not giving me any further details on it. I have used all my scholarship money in buying their plan c. Now, they are just harassing me by not responding to my problems neither informing me about any further steps. I am just waiting endlessly. I had no option left rather than filing a consumer complaint.

My marrow account is blocked too. I am really scared about it. I e-mailed to the support team and legal team and haven't heard from them yet. I payed a huge amount for the Plan C subscription just 4 days ago on 8th May 2021 and today it's blocked. Could you please tell me what should I do.

Hey, even my account is blocked and a similar picture comes up everytime i try to login. I have reached them atleast 20 times but they have only replied twice and my issue isn’t resolved even after 3 days. What about you? Is your account unblocked?
My marrow account is blocked .they blocked it by saying i have not uploaded proper kyc certification..I am really scared about it. I e-mailed to the support team and legal team and haven't heard from them yet. I payed a huge amount for the Plan C subscription just 20-25 days back and t2 days back it's blocked. Could you please tell me what should I do.almost 2 days i have lost to it...not studying and simply wasti.g my time called customer support and emailing...i have almost emailed 20 times still response came 3 times...i am immensely depressed what do i do now

My marrow has been suspended. I have mailed all the information they asked me uet no response from their side and it is still blocked. I had purchased plan C few weeks ago and i had put KYC certification few days back. I was using marrow on same devices since 3 yrs yet they blocked me. I have exam coming near soon and every single second is important to me i tried to contact them via mails they only give new complain number and not unblocking my account. Please help as my exam is on 21 st of may and i need to study.

Hello everyone I took marrow plan c in 2020 i couldn't get good rank.my friend got pg gynecology seat she is not using her account any more ...old user r getting 4k discount so i renewed her account im only using her account, I'm not sharing with anyone i dint break marrow rules in kyc verification i submitted my adhaar card account without any warning ...my in-laws r not supporting I'm not working as I'm mother of 3yr old kid..I dont having single rupee to buy again ..now marrow is not replying my mails ..this is mental torture I never shared with any one i even kept pics of my friend who got pg seat ...plz help me in unblocking dr.swathi Singh account so that I study plzzz help me
