[Resolved]  Marrow — Delay in response from Marrow legal team

Sir,
I am a plan-c user of Marrow since 2020 and had recently re-newed my subscriprion. Back in 2020, I had given my nickname as "Bhaina" in the Marrow app as my name. Now my account is blocked because my name provided in the app since the past 2 years doesn't match with the verification documents I had uploaded where my actual name "Sriram Mishra" is there. I had sent about 10 emails to them explaining that it was my nickname that I had provided since 2 years and I had not violated any t&c of marrow for my single registered device, but they are not replying to me since 2 days.

I even tried contacting the marrow support no. and they helped me by saying they would forward the call recordings to the legal team, in which I had explained to them about it. They had also asked me to send a mail to legal team to kindly change my name provided ("Bhaina") to my actual name("Sriram Mishra"), so that my account could be verified by the documents provided. But it was of no use as it has been 2 days and I haven't received any reply from the legal team.

I am a final year MBBS student in-midst of our exams, and this delay in response from the legal team is depressing and seems un-professional for I had paid a huge sum for its subscription but my account is blocked unnecessarily and the loss in academics I had to bear for the delay in response is irreparable to me.

I hope with this customer complaint to Marrow, the legal team should show some haste to look into the matter and have my account unblocked as soon as possible.
