Toady when i am trying to login into my account I have seen a message showing your account got suspended and I don't know why it happened yesterday only I upgraded to plan c from plan B and it asked me to verify kyc details so I uploaded my passport details and it showed kyc and verification
I am using samsung s8 tab and iPhone
I am already using Marrow from two years and recently bought plan b after expiration of two years plan
Name Of Subscription : Plan C
Effective Price : Rs. 46000.0
Date of Purchase : 12/06/2020
and I never faced this issue before since last two years
So please kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible because I am starting my preparation all again for neet pg 2023
Pls resolve issue 😔 now they were asking me to take 12 months plan and my plan still valid until march 2023
