[Resolved]  Marrow — Marrow is not unblocking my account

I was having my marrow account logged in my own iphone nd ipad but the marrow account has been suspended by the legal authority of the marrow team.i am preparing for the mci exam nd this is the only source of mine.i also contacted with the marrow legal authority nd give them the reason nd in response to them they give me 2 conditions which i have to fullfill. One of the conditions they give me was the written consent that this will never happen again and i agreed with them on this. The second condition they give me was that to whom i shared the marrow account mention his name nd email nd tell them to purchase the marrow account nd only then they will unblock my marrow account but where from i will get that because the account was logged in in my own ipad nd iphone .
even though I fulfilled their one condition by giving them writen consent still they want me to fulfill their other condition. I have been using this account for past one and half year. I also asked them to contact me on my phone number but they are not responding.So please help me out from the situation so that i can continue my further studies..
