I had renewed my Marrow Plan C last week, and after the KYC verification, Marrow blocked my account without warning. On emailing their legal team, I was told that my AADHAR was edited and I was asked why an 'edited/forged' document was uploaded by me. I immediately re-clicked pictures of my AADHAR and PAN card and mailed it to them. I was sent a digital verification link which I complied with.
However, Marrow mailed me saying that I had broken their terms of agreement and I could only use my account on one device. I was being penalised for no fault of mine. I conformed to their penalty (as my email reasoning with them to reinstate my account in full was simply ignored) and confirmed my 'SINGLE DEVICE NAME'. Thereafter, there has been no response from Marrow whatsoever. My account is still blocked, they haven't replied to any of my emails for the past three days, and my preparation is suffering.
I am religiously sending the legal team emails every morning and afternoon to no effect. I suppose Marrow has overestimated how many doctors using their platform has a penchant for forgery. The legal team has been outright unprofessional and shamefully unapologetic about sluggishness! Furthermore, I have been expressly asked not to contact the support team, and being a digital platform, Marrow has no physical presence in any city except Bangalore where I may go and sort out my grievance.
