[Resolved] Marrow — My account got suspended without prior notice | |||
Hello, My Marrow account got suspended yesterday without prior notice. I have emailed the legal team regarding the same but they haven't responded yet. I don't even know why the suspension happened. I have been a Marrow Plan C user for many years and this has not happened before. I have been using my account on 2 devices which are my own devices. I never shared my credentials with anybody. They falsely accused me of using rooted device. They asked me to send them video proofs which I did. After they felt satisfied, they lifted my suspension.
But this costed me 3 whole days of time waste, that too right before exam. | |||
