Marrow — My marrow account has been under verification

I am unable to use my marrow account since morning because apparently the devices which I am using are under verification and isn't yet resolved. Due to this I am unable to use the service for which I have paid. I know that one account can be logged in on two devices, since both the devices areine I don't see what the problem is. I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible so that I can continue my learning process.
