[Resolved]  Marrow — Suspended Account

Have been using this app continuosly since December 2019. Recently renewed it a month back for another 6 months. Got a message today saying my account is permanently suspended.

I have never taken a screenshot, recorded a video, shared my account, used a rooted/jailbroken/emulator device. I have cleared things up in the past with the support team as well.

I am using my real name in the app, and have provided a valid ID proof for the same.

I have explicitly told to not contact support team, but legal team instead, without knowing how long it'll take for them to respond if they do it at all. My exams is in 5 months and in a national level competitive exam such as this, I cannot afford to lose the time. It's weighing in on my mental as well as fiscal health owing to continuosly renewing the app.

I contacted the legal team via mail, they responded within 24 hours. After checking for appropriate proofs, my account was unblocked after a conversation lasting 3 days.
