Marrow — Wrongful suspension/ blocking of Device.

Marrow has wrongly blocked my device for login purposes.

I just had a marrow account but never subscribed to any of the marrow plans.

When I tried to log in a pop up came which said my account / device has been permanently suspended as someone else has logged in their account with my device.

I have told the legal team of marrow that I had lend my device ie iPad to one my acquaintances for their own use. How am I supposed to be responsible if they have logged in with my device ????

It’s the owner of the login id has to be careful in how many devices he/she logs in, and at the same time the onus of enquiry / investigation / response to any query by the marrow team only
Rests on the owner of the user id.

It’s quite wrongful for the marrow to block someone’s device who has not even taken their premium services hence himself can’t even share his login information to anyone for any dubious reasons.
Amusingly enough, marrow and their legal team have not blocked my account only device.

When I reasoned with them,
They told me the only way my suspension of my device would be reversed / revoked only when I but their premium plans with video access is purchased be me within 24 hours, not even any other plans, the selection of the plan should be the sole discretion of the consumer not these corporate companies.

This arm twisting by this corporate companies is quite unlawful and absolutely unethical.
I kindly request that my complaint should be taken into consideration and necessary action should be taken against unlawful and unethical practices by Team marrow.
