Maruthi Suzuki — Negligence of customer, lack of response. | |||
Hi, This is Nava Darshan, recently I had visited Maruthi Suzuki Nexa Showroom in J.P Nagar 5th phase, Bangalore, on dec/13/2015, I wanted to get quote on new baleno. As soon as I entered I asked on of staff of maruthi suzuki, who was in the desk, he just replied me to wait for me, that;s it there was no further reply and i waited for half an hour standing next him but there was no reply, but the other customers had the immediate reply from him, finally i got fed up asked him his name to write a complaint to maruthi suzuki but I didin't even expect such weird reply today is sunday we are dying here with only with 3 staff. Is this my mistake to disturb him or did I tell him to open on Sunday. That was a very bad reply and he didnt even try to stand in front of me, it was just like do what ever you can do, i am not going to do any thing and he moved away, is this customer relationship, you were kind to get the payments on sunday and good to book the cars on sunday but your too busy to expplain the features of your car SHAME on your people. In spite of all this I called kalyani motors mysore road to tell about this, the guy sent me a number of customer relattionship manager Ms. Madhuri, she is one more busiest person she called me and told that the issue ll b resolved, but today is 15/12/2015 still im waiting there was not even a single call after that from her abt why it happened. The overall scene what i felt was I WAS RACIALLY DISCRIMINATED. Was this information helpful? | |||
