[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki — Car Insurance Claim Issue | |||
I have purchased new car SWIFT VDI(Reg. No#HR26 CD8362) this year and taken the zero depth policy of ICICI Lombard from the same dealer. At that time your car dealer told me that benefit of zero dept policy is that i need to pay only file charges(Rs 1000) during any claim process because now everything is 100 percent insured. Last month I had an accident of my car and I claimed the insurance. While my car had been tow by the car dealer, car dealer told me that I need to pay only file charges as he has taken the tow charges(Rs 3000) from me also. But now dealer is asking me to pay around Rs4000 more and saying insurance company is not paying the total amount therefore I have to pay the difference. Then I talked to ICICI Lombard Customer Service Manager again and he told me that I have to pay only file charges nothing else. Now I am feeling cheated by your car dealer and due to which I am going to lose my enough amount of money. Request you to look into this issue and resolve the dispute ASAP.
