Dear, Sir/Madam, I Surndra Kumar booked car model name is Swift Dzire LDI white on 22.01.15 with your dealer namely Audi Motors Ltd Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan) and deposited booking amount of Rs. 10, 000/- (Ten thousand only) on the day of booking i.e. 22.01.15 and the date of delivery was given 15.02.15. Since 15.02.15 till date neither car was/is delivered nor any response came from your dealer, when I make contact to the dealer he did not take me seriously nor he is ready to attend me to hear. on 28.02.15 I made a complaint on toll free number being complaint No.[protected] but all in vain, I am in urgent need of vehicle if the aforesaid car is not delivered me within two or three days I would suffer irreparable loss which could not be compensated in terms of money, therefore my request to your goodself is that consider my complaint and delivered my car as within two or three days, otherwise I have no option to take further steps as per rules and law.
