[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki — delay of delievery of new wagon r vxi car | |||
Dear Sir / Madam I wish to place my issue regarding the Booking Of car and the Color at the time of delivery. I booked New Wagon R MC Vxi on 24th Dec. 2014 at T. R. Sawhney Motors Pvt. Ltd., Saraswati Vihar, Near Deepali Chowk, Delhi -110034 (Authorised Maruti Dealer) at 1532 Hrs with the deposite of INR 50, 000/- Vide Order No[protected] and Receipt No.- 15888 which clearly stating my demand for the color of the car that is Glistening Grey. My Financing is from Punjab & Sind bank. This is for your kind information that the sales person confirmed me to deliver the same color. But when I deposited the DD on 30th Dec. 2014 at T. R. Sawhney Motors Pvt. Ltd., Saraswati Vihar, Near Deepali Chowk, Delhi -110034 (Authorised Maruti Dealer) at 1702 Hrs, the deposite of INR 3, 69654/- Vide Order No[protected] and Receipt No.- 13753 which states the color as Superior White against my demand of Glistening Grey. I checked the receipt and asked the sale person at T. R. Sawhney to get the color corrected in reciept, he told that 'Sir do not bother about this as it is just a typing error' I will give you the same Glistening Grey Color as I committed you. When I came to my residence I got a letter mentioning that the last date of the payment of car (To Avail the existing price) is 27th Dec 2014 whereas the letter reached on 30th Dec 2014. I called the sales man at T. R. Sawhney, he now said that sir Glistening Grey is not possible so take the White and when I showed resistence towards the white color then he says that Sir the new prices will be applicable to your Car. I really can't understand that why T.R. Sawhney Motors adopting this way of snatching the extra money in the shadow of price hike? Is this a marketing strategy of Maruti to harras the customer by charging more money than the actual price? If this is the rule / policy then it could have been communicated to me at the time of booking the car or at the time of taking the DD on 30th. Sir / Madam My request to you is that please intervene in the issue and support me to take the delivery of the Car Booked on 24th Dec. (Glistening Grey). I will not pay even a single penny extra for the product I booked. It Fagged me up by visiting again & again to Dealer for the confirmation of the delivery and the dealer is continously coaxing up with the issue. I hope you understand my point of concern and the plight. I Request you to investigate the issue and resolve my problem and make the delivery of the Car as fast as possible. No solution would force me to cancel my booking as Maruti is not only the Brand available in market. I hope you will deem my request and do the needful asap as per the criticality of the issue.
