Maruti Suzuki — delaying delivery of wagon r from dealer

Sir 28/10/2013 booked maruti wagon r vxi from popular dealer at irinjalakuda and 30th paid down payment and clear the bank loan by DD from HDFC.At the time dealer representative said, vehicle will be get 1/11/2013.when I called to dealer, they are not ready to delivery the vehicle to concerned date.still we are waiting and response from dealer rep..they are not show the vehicle also. Dealer wasting my valuable time . So kindly reverrt back the information about the reason of delaying delivery the vehicle to customer. I hope you take necessary action .
