[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki — Duplicate parts fixing | |||
Doubt about Duplicate parts fixing during service by Auto Team, Palarivattom Kochi kerala Sir, we bought our alto 800 on 6th August 2014.In the same month an accident occur and serviced by Auto Team under bumber to bumber Maruthi Insurance claim. During that time 2 HEADLIGHT had to be replaced as it is damaged. They replaced it. After one week one of the headlight found to be pale in color and the other one, moisture acculmulated inside in it. We think it will get solve during the second service at 5000 Km. But they didn't do that . We doubt all the headlights that replaced will be original. If it is so why the moisture and the pale color formed in both of them. So kindly check the service centre that the parts changed are original during the services. We are not satisfied with their service.
