I have given my car to Khivraj Motors Pvt Ltd., Sidco Industrial Estate Guindy Chennai 32 for regular Maintenance work on 22/11/2015. Now the the dealer is reluctant to repair and says the car is fully damaged due to severe flood and they insist me to sell the car to them for residual value. This is not agreeable by me since I have driven the car only for 12553 kms and with no fault on me they cannot insist me to sell the car for a lower value.
