Maruti Suzuki — HR-29-AD-1074 - Wagon R - For Body graphics

I have received my wagaon R from saraswati automobile (Faridabad) after changed right side door and some repair work on 27\06\2015. Due to door changed, car body graphics also need to be changed but due to non availability of body graphics, the service adviser mr. vickey has billed the amount of 2033.15 /-- of graphics in my bill and assure me that whenever the said part will available they will changed the same. Now I am regularly in touch with saraswati automobile but every time they making excuses and said that "' we are in touch with maruti company's concerned team but they are not responding" It has been more than 15 days passed but their is no assurance about the issue. Kindly help and get available the required part on priority.
