Subject: accident claim Sir, I having your car policy no. Mop4332364. The claim for insurance for my car was lodged around 40 days ago. But my claim was denied because of the reasons best known to you. So along with me and my entire group has decided to discontinue the insurance of royal sundaram. Kindly resolve the matter within three days failing which the matter will be reported to social media including facebook, whatsapp, tweeter and newspaper for non response to customers from your side. I am totally unsatisfied with royal sundaram services. Necessary may please be done to prevent me to report the matter to social media and newspapers and to continue your policy.
