Dear nexa, I'm an proud owner of your famous hot selling car baleno zeta 1.2 bought it on 14nov'2015 with extended warranty, till last 6 months time i enjoyed my each and every ride but with a concern on hard suspension still i keep on using and promoting to my friends & brother. But recently the suspension became worse and due to that i'm getting seviour back pain due very hard suspension. Raised this concern to rm and as well as dropped multiple email's from ([protected]@gmail.com) to [protected]@nexaexperience.com, surprisingly i didn't get any response from any one rm says it's normal and all cars have that issue for 2015 model. I aruge you to please replace my car suspension my car was still under warranty valid till 13nov2019, so far i have driven 18k+ km's. As mentioned kindly please have a look into my issue, please do inspection you will really came to know how bad the suspension in my car. Literally from 6-8 months i lost my love to drive the car.
