Maruti Suzuki India — denting happened at service centre and they are not obliging it

Hi team,

I have ciaz - vxi - ts07 ew 6321. I have given it for service at varun motors, near wipro junction. It was for service and i have told them about the concerns with regards to vehicle. At evening, the relationship officer bought the vehicle and we have noticed a dent and s per him it was from morning itself.

Dent was not there at morning. They are trying to convince me and protect themselves i. E., workman officer - murali and relationofficer vinay. This is a serious flaw and never expected this kind of stale and pathetic / negligent answers and persuasion to cover up a fault which has been done by maruthi end.

Stringent action to be taken against such kind of resourcers who are complacent about their job.
