To, The Manager, Maruti Suzuki Ltd., India. Sub.: Complain for dissatisfaction service issue. Sir, It is to inform you that we purchased one of your model car (Maruti Suzuki Ertiga VDI) vide registration No.- OR11J-8599 on dated[protected] from your authorized service station at PEBCO MOTORS LIMITED, Adityapur (Jamshedpur) in the state of Jharkhand. After having 3- consecutive services in due time, we are facing a huge problem of given as below. 1. Once use AC, the interior face seeming complete with smoke unable to drive. 2. Problem in the gear box. i.e., Unable to drive in 1st & 2nd gear. 3. From the beginning facing the problem of horn which is still not been sort out. 4. Even after 5th paid service, the car run fine up to 50km but after that facing same problem. Request you kindly look into it seriously & revert back & do the needful urgently & on priority basis.
